What is the cost of a Refurbishment & Demolition survey?

Low Risk Projects from only £985

This applies where the hotel already has an up-to-date Asbestos Management Plan and accurate records of previous surveys. These projects usually involve limited refurbishment, with good access and minimal unknowns.

Medium Risk Projects from £2,250

Will suit hotels with partial or outdated asbestos information. Some areas may have been surveyed before, but further intrusive work is required to verify materials and update records before refurbishment begins.

High Risk Projects start at £3,950

Large or complex refurbishments, or where no reliable asbestos information exists. This includes older or newly acquired sites where ACMs are likely, extensive access is required, and the survey must be staged to maintain hotel operations safely.
